Ninja Selling is a sales system developed by Larry Kendall and The Group, Inc. Real Estate in Colorado and now taught nationwide. Built on the principles of relationship-building, active listening, and helping clients achieve their goals, Ninja is less about selling and more about serving. It emphasizes authenticity, consistency, and creating value through genuine human connection.

Each year, Helen Adams Realty sends agents to attend the four-day Ninja Installation in Fort Collins, Colorado. Focused on mindset, productivity, and relationship-building, the experience equips agents with tools to better serve their clients and grow their businesses.

More than 100 Helen Adams Realty agents have participated over the years, returning inspired, energized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

As CEO Jeff Adams shared during a Ninja Installation, "Larry Kendall has condensed a lifetime of experiences into a roadmap of how to give our best every day in all that we do."

Jeff first discovered Larry Kendall and The Group, Inc. through real estate coaching and industry education more than 25 years ago. What began as admiration for the systems and philosophies being taught evolved into a blueprint for building a company culture centered on relationships, collaboration, and growth.

"That achievement," Jeff shared, "was to create a company that would have a culture and an environment which would attract not only our children to join us in the business, but also the best agents, managers, and staff in our market."

Today, that philosophy continues to shape Helen Adams Realty at every level.
